Realization of the project
According to the planned arrangements,  the project includes
  • 12 courses on selected topics organized in Serbia,
  • certification for professional titles (risk examiner and senor risk assessor),
  • on-the-job training in Germany and other EU countries.
The target number of attendees in ESPRiT courses is 800 therefore the courses will be repeated on different locations, to cover the number of planed participation.
The courses include train-the trainers program; from all trainees the best will be selected to pass the program. Planned figure of trainers as the result of the training is at least 10 trainers.
On-the-job training includes 40 trainees for "short" (one week) and 5 for "long" term (four weeks) on-the-job-training.
As the final stage of the training, certification will be made; at least 160 HSE technicians and 40 HSE engineers will be certified.
Participants in the project
Training courses and planned certification will be executed by project partners, i.e. Steinbeis Advanced Risk Technologies GmbH (R-Tech), DEKRA Akademie Gmb (DEKRA), German Fire Protection Association (vfdb) and Steinbeis-Hochschule Berlin (SHB).

In realization of the project, partners will collaborate with other companies, for example EnBW Kraftwerke AG, TÜV SÜD Industrie Service GmbH, INERIS - Institut National de l'Environnement Industriel et des Risques, Bay Zoltan Foundation for Applied Research, DEKRA Inspection & Testing Services, Otto-von-Guericke-Universität Magdeburg... This collaboration will result with arrangements for education support (trainers for certain ESPRiT courses) and on-the-job training provisions (short and long term training).

From Serbian side, there are possibilities to participate in the project in a different ways:
  • as pure beneficiary - by participating in the ESPRiT Courses and in on-the-job training, meaning to send employees to the organized training,
  • as education supporters from Serbia - by supporting organization and realization of the training (classrooms, venues for meetings...).
Based on education supporters from Serbia and from Germany, appropriate infrastructure will be built in Belgrade and Stuttgart to allow efficient planning and organization of the courses, on-the-job training and certification.
